AGENTS PLEASE NOTE: We have multiple offers and will be reviewing offers on Saturday Dec 5 at 5:00 pm. We understand that showing is challenging, since the seller cannot drive at night and therefore we cannot do showings after 5:15 pm and any time on December 3. Our apologies for the inconvenience. This classic farmhouse in Coweta County has been lovingly maintained and sits on 2 independent (not in a subdivision) acres. Absolutely neat as a pin, with hardwood floors in the dining room and entrance area. The den/family room has a masonry wall and raised hearth area with pine paneling and a large sliding glass door that leads out to a phenomenal double-basketweave brick patio. A triple window and plush carpeting make the "formal" living room feel comfortable and inviting, since all the natural light makes it feel cheerful and open. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main floor, with an additional bedroom upstairs that would make a fantastic private guest room or office. The kitchen has space for a table, and there's a pass through window to the den so the cook won't be too far away from the conversation in the den. Each of the bedrooms has a ceiling fan. An oversized laundry room has enough room for a chest freezer and still have room for more storage. The door from the carport into the house leads into a comfortable entry room that welcomes you home. Only minutes to all the shopping in Newnan and Peachtree City, this location also offers an easy drive to Lagrange and West Point.

Rural Conservation District
Coweta County has adopted a comprehensive land use plan and a future development map to guide land use and development throughout the county. Primary concerns of citizens are the provision of efficient and effective government services and public facilities, and the protection of Coweta's natural land and water resources, and preservation of rural character which together foster a unique sense of place valued by the community. The rural conservation district is intended to provide for agricultural land use, and low density single-family residential land use in an area of Coweta County shown on the future development map as the rural conservation area. Agricultural land uses include farming, forestry, horticulture, wholesale plant propagation, dairying, ranching, and equestrian activities. Rural residential land uses include rural homestead lots, and low density rural residential developments designed to preserve woodland and open land along Coweta's roadways, to preserve primary conservation land: river or stream corridor, areas of vulnerable groundwater recharge, floodplain, steep slopes, habitat of endangered species, archeological sites, cemeteries, and burial grounds, and to provide neighborhoods with their own private, yet common, recreation areas.
