Willow Way is a quiet, single story apartment community. You'll feel right at home in our newly renovated studio, one, and two-bedroom floorplans. We offer units with carpeted bedrooms and beautiful vinyl flooring. We also provide energy efficient appliances and granite style countertops in our spacious and functional kitchens. All one- and two-bedroom floorplans include washer and dryer connections, or you can take advantage of our on-site coin-operated laundry facility! We offer flexible lease terms, as short as 3 months. There is a short-term fee for anything 6 months and under but this is a great option if you're in town for work, or in need of temporary housing while relocating. Ask about our fully furnished, coporate apartment units as well! Our apartments are competitively priced and include water, sewer, and trash. We are a pet-friendly community, with sidewalks conveniently located for walking your four-legged companion. Breed and size limits apply. A nonrefundable, one-time pet fee of $300.00 is required for each pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Located in the heart of Kingsland, we are conveniently near well-known attractions. Just a few miles to the east you can find the famous Saint Marys waterfront: home to the well-known Cumberland Island National Seashore, and to our west is the great Okefenokee Swamp. Only 30 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport, we offer small-town living with easy access to the city.
