Nice home on nearly 6 acres in the highly sought-after Model and Johnson District of Floyd County. Deer, turkey, and wildlife of all sorts abound. Very private home and yard some 650' off the road. If you have been looking and hoping something would come available in this area where sales are few and far between this may be the one you hoped for. Come and take a look! Note, this home was never 375,000. That was a typing error but the only way to change the price in GaMLS is show as a price change. This was no change, It was always supposed to be $475,000
