Low Density Single-Family Residential District

This district is established to protect single-family detached dwellings, including typical residential subdivisions, on lots of not less than 27,500 sq ft if served by on-site sewage management systems and not less than 15,000 sq ft if served by public sewer or an approved central on-site sewage management system.
