RE
One-Family Residential Estates District
It is the intent of this Section that the Residential Estates District be developed and reserved for very low density residential purposes. The regulations which apply within this district are designed to encourage the formation and continuance of a stable, healthy environment for one-family dwellings usually located beyond the reach of central water and sewer systems situated on zoning lots having an area of 30,000 square feet or more, or on lots having a minimum area of 25,000 square feet and are served by central water and sewer systems, and to discourage any encroachment by commercial, industrial or other uses capable of adversely affecting the residential character of the district.
