A Private BASEMENT Apartment—Plus So Much More- Live, host, or earn income with this 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home built around a true BASEMENT apartment, complete with its own private walkway and separate exterior entrance—no need to pass through the main home. Inside, the apartment lives like a real home of its own: a Murphy bed sleeping area, combined living and dining space, mini kitchen, full bathroom, and dedicated storage. Whether it's for extended household members, guests, or rental income, this space delivers privacy and flexibility that's hard to find. Upstairs, the main home offers a functional layout with formal living and dining rooms, plus a kitchen that opens to a flexible living area or office—easy for everyday life. Just beyond, a screened SUNROOM lined with windows overlooks the backyard, creating a peaceful spot to unwind. That backyard is just as intentional as the home itself, cultivated with mature fruit trees—apple, fig, pecan, pomegranate, and peach—along with blackberry and blueberry bushes, raised vegetable beds, and herb gardens. There's also room and potential for a future two-bedroom ADU, adding even more long-term flexibility. Additional peace of mind comes with a roof that's only a few years old and a professional survey completed in 2025. Located just minutes from I-285 and I-20, this home balances easy access with a genuine sense of space and retreat.
