We have 3 separate cottages on a small coffee/avocado farm overlooking the beautiful kona Coast. We have city water/electricity, a gated, secure entry. There is a washer & dryer on unit and clotheslines. We are minutes to the best snorkeling in the state and a short drive to shopping, schools, and the community hospital. The units are casual, but with good memory foam beds. The Yurt is the largest unit, and it has a hot tub and wrap-around lanai, which allows for about 1500 sqaure feet of indoor/outdoorliving space. Rent is $2200/month The Ginger Cottage and Dragonfly cottage are each about 480-500 square feet and rent for $1800/month. They are about an acre away from the Yurt. All the units have beautiful sunset views and tropical vegetation. We do sometimes have opening for shorter stays and we charge $150/night with a 4 night minimum (and cleaning fee of 95$) when there are availabilities. We also have a glamping site which is available for ag-work stays. Guests are required by law to put in 10 hours of work per week on the farm, and the glampsite is available for $65/day with an 8 day minimum stay. The glampsite has a great (hot) outdoor shower and a memory foam bed! Utilities are included, with good wifi. Tenant is supplied with one propane tank for on-demand hot water upon moving in ,and is responsible for refills. (one tank usually lasts 2 months for one person.) Tenants generally tend to stay for 3 months, with possible extensions in some cases. Generally one car per unit. There have been a few pet exceptions, but that is dependent on situation at the farm at any specific time.
