Comfortable is the best way to describe this property. It is wide open and airy with lots of natural light from every room, taking advantage of bringing the fabulous natural surroundings and views inside the home. Every inch of the home and property speaks " pride of ownership " with a spotlessly clean home and manicured palm and ornamental orchard covering over 4 acres. The single level home has vaulted ceilings, bamboo flooring, granite countertops, travertine, and solar hot water heating. Included is a huge barn/workshop that has a farm office with a complete bathroom. Use your imagination for farm uses, art studio, car collectors, wood shop or hobbies galore. Lots of room for critters as well with barn space to accommodate your horses, dogs, cats and other livestock. This is a quiet country environment or neighborhood, but close to shopping, beaches and schools.
