Looking for that perfect Haiku residence that's NOT CPR'd, has a livable cottage & mature fruit, all on 2.3 acres of land with privacy? Then this long time 'kama'aina' property is for you! Owned by the same family since the early 1970's, you'll appreciate all the benefits Haiku has to offer. Drive down the private driveway and you'll find a secluded 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage tucked behind mature apple bananas. A lovely single floor plan allows for simple easy living. And the covered carport allows for extra outdoor living space. Enjoy pure privacy with cool trade wind breezes and the ability to grow all your favorite fruits and veggies. The gentle rolling pastures also makes for great livestock grazing. At the top of the property, there is a spot to build an additional dwelling, far enough away from the cottage to retain privacy and separate living. *For the investor: The immediate next door property, 1040 Kaupakalua Rd, can also be purchased with this parcel for a negotiable price. It is 2.262 acres and has a 3 bedroom 2 bath main home & a 1 bedroom 1 bath detached cottage. Both lots would equal 4.576 acres with 3 livable dwellings!
