Property is situated at the end of a flag lot just off W. Kuiaha. There are three structures on the property. The single level plantation style main home boasts a bright and open floor plan that seamlessly integrates unto the covered lanai which runs down almost the entire length of the home. The decks face the privacy of the lush landscape leading down to the gulch and the stream below. Part of the property is in the gulch,(Pre-lim Map in Associated Docs) yet it still has plenty of room to enjoy all of your outdoor activities and is great for entertaining. The 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is set independently from the main home and has its own carport and private garden. The third structure is noted as a garage in the County Tax Records, but has an attached studio with loft. Some improvements may be non-conforming and/or may not have building permits. Neighboring property has livestock. 3-D Tour of 2bed/1bath Cottage (cut and paste) https://app.cloudpano.com/tours/Ggtw3UyP20 3-D Tour of Garage (cut and paste) https://app.cloudpano.com/tours/zTJHTCKD7x
