This rare and unique property in Haiku features 6 lush and usable acres of land and multiple dwellings. There are 3 homes, and a large 1,400 sq. ft. barn that can store 8 cars. The greenhouse is approx. 35’ X 50’ with overhead lights and sprinkler system, so it is ready for use as a home garden protected from the elements. Excellent opportunity for investors, multi family use, or those needing land for horses or other livestock. Live in one of the homes and rent the other dwellings out to create positive cash flow or help with the mortgage. There is also potential to subdivide this lot and create your estate like property. There are several building sites in the rear of the property where you could build your estate with sweeping ocean views from the 2nd level. This property has so many different options for the new owner. Lots of fruit trees on the property. Seller financing is available.
