1480 Hog Back Rd Unit 1480 Hog Back Road, Haiku, HI 96708-5643
About this home
Serenity and beauty upcountry is here at 1480 Hog Back Road. Located on just over 2 acres, this property features a main home with a workshop and detached ohana. You will be hard pressed to find a better maintained and cared for property than this one. Originally a 3 bedroom home, the 3rd bedroom was converted to an office, storage room and provides direct access to the garage and side yard access. There is a landscaping shed that I have dubbed the "orchid house" featuring locked storage and a gated garden. All 2 acres are accessible with a gentle slope and even the chickens have a nice enclosed home. There are also many fruit trees adorn the property such as: lychee, avocado, pineapple, papaya, coffee, lime, apple and orange to enjoy or start your own produce stand. Call your favorite Realtor for a private showing.
