A little bit city, a little bit country - this modern light and air filled house took its exterior design cues from historical upcountry architecture, but it encloses a decidedly modern interior. The house is tucked far from road noise on a spacious flag lot where it enjoys both ocean views and privacy. The rich pastured soil is ready for your agricultural ambitions! Hack back the evil grass and you'll discover rows of Japanese Tea waiting for your harvest fingers. A short walk from your driveway is the legendary Hanzawa's store where you might find a cold beverage after a long day of farming. Forest trails, open pasture, and a valley are yours to explore. In June, the sun sets between your toes from the bed that allows you to keep your eye on the ocean. The house is being sold furnished. Some improvements do not match county records. Seller holds an active Real Estate License.
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.
