Brand New Construction in one of North Shore Maui's most desirable neighborhoods. This custom and modern Scandinavian farmhouse blends timeless architecture with luxury design. Balau Wood on the exterior makes way into soaring ceilings on the interior. The home showcases marble countertops throughout, custom rough-sawn white oak cabinetry, a 10-foot kitchen island, handmade zellige and terracotta tile, and balau exotic hardwood ceilings and accents. The exterior is architecturally designed to blend timeless style with durability, featuring natural wood siding treated to age gracefully with minimal maintenance and a long-lasting metal roof. Inside, custom light fixtures and living-finish unlacquered brass plumbing fixtures add character that develops a rich patina over time, while 8-foot doors, custom window coverings, and abundant storage balance elegance with everyday function. The cabinets are beautifully designed to capture the timeless elegance of solid white oak while offering a sophisticated and stylish touch to the space. The gourmet kitchen is a centerpiece with top-of-the-line Monogram appliances, including a 48-inch range. The spacious floor plan includes a bunk room, a primary suite with custom closet, and modern systems like central AIC, a whole-house dehumidifier, and water softener. For the Maui lifestyle, enjoy two outdoor showers, a greenhouse with raised garden beds, a custom chicken coop and tool shed, plus a gated and fully fenced property with electric entry. The grounds are planted with over 20 fruit trees-citrus, avocado, guava, banana, mango, and starfruit-alongside fragrant puakenikeni, hibiscus, and plumeria. Additional amenities include an electric car charging station in the garage. A true island retreat where modern comfort meets sustainable Haiku living. This is a Residential CPR.
