Welcome to this upcountry Maui beauty, where open skies meet the lush edge of the rainforest. This extraordinary parcel offers the perfect blend of gentle country living and untamed tropical charm. Perched at the edge of a vibrant rainforest and gulch, the land enjoys sweeping, breathtaking views that stretch across the horizon, with cooling trade winds and the peaceful sounds of nature as your daily backdrop. A generous, level homesite provides an ideal canvas for your dream home — whether you envision a modern island retreat, a classic plantation-style residence, or a cozy farmhouse surrounded by gardens. The expansive flat area also lends itself beautifully to farming, orchards, or simply creating your own private sanctuary of fruit trees, flowers, and open green space. A natural gulch meanders through the property, adding depth, beauty, and a sense of adventure to the landscape. Beyond it lies an additional portion of the land — a peaceful, tucked-away parcel at the far end of the property — perfect for exploring, relaxing, or creating a secluded retreat to enjoy the serenity of your surroundings. With open acreage, there is room here to breathe, grow, and live intentionally and embrace the slower rhythm of Haiku life. There is no county water service or water meter installed, so you can design your own water catchment system or future utility plans that fit your vision and lifestyle. If you’ve been dreaming of quiet living, rainforest borders, and the freedom to build something truly your own, this special Haiku property is ready to welcome you home.
