Haiku sweet spot! Lovely single level cottage with land in a great neighborhood, below the Hana Hwy in Peahi. It’s not easy to find something this fantastic in the countryside. The 2bed/1bath home is like a sanctuary with lots of privacy and natural beauty. Soak in the outdoor tub under the gazebo surrounded by greenery. 9' ceilings, built in bookshelves, screened in lanai, air conditioning, gas range. Sellers have customized the kitchen/dining area with a beautiful stained glass feature window. Do you like the furnishings? They can also be purchased separately to save yourself the trouble. Move right in! The property is large, with .7 level acres to call your own, and 3 storage sheds including a workshop.Tile roof, stucco exterior for durability. Gardeners will love the tropical flowers, fruit trees, raised beds, and water barrels. This CPR cottage shares a water meter and septic system with the neighboring main house, but has its own driveway and rock walled entrance. An ocean view can be seen from the yard, with some tree trimming. The subdivision has a nice consistent quality of well built upscale homes, but NO HOA or dues. You can’t go wrong with this location.
