This quaint country home exudes privacy, quality, and tranquility. This is the first time this property has ever been on the market, your time is now. The main structure is very well built and is in exceptional condition. A newer roof and vinyl siding have helped preserve the integrity of the home. The floor plan and position of the home on the lot allows for easy expansion. With a little tree clearing, views of the Pacific Ocean would be yours. The covered deck is an incredibly soothing and comfortable place to sit and enjoy time with friends and family. The entire half acre lot is accented by mature landscaping featuring beautiful flowers as well as a myriad of fruit trees. The detached storage room would serve as a perfect Ohana area if one were to pursue a retroactive permit. Gas appliances include the stove, dryer, and on-demand hot water heating. The seller has built and maintained this property to a meticulous standard and is ready to pass this beloved home onto a new owner. This property defines an exceptional value in this buyer’s market and is priced to sell immediately. Open house on October 11, 2009 from 10-1.
