Build Your Maui Estate in Haiku’s Lush Countryside. Set on nearly an acre (37,897 sq. ft. ) of verdant land, this rare Haiku property offers the perfect canvas for your private luxury retreat. Nestled in Maui’s tropical rainforest region—minutes from the world-famous Jaws surf break—this property blends natural beauty with the charm of upcountry living. An existing 2-bedroom, 1-bath plantation-style home provides a foothold for future development. Whether you envision a secluded estate, a modern farmhouse, or a wellness sanctuary, the setting is ideal for creating something truly special. Haiku is prized for its privacy, expansive lots, and artistic, laid-back atmosphere—appealing to those seeking refined living surrounded by nature.
Sweeping views of Haleakala, West Maui Mountains, & Ocean. Beautiful rural neighborhood! Short distance to Haiku restaurants, shopping, gyms, as well as Hana Highway - for work and pleasure. Super location!! The views are lovely. Main structure, built in 1944, and is in very poor condition. Seller is awaiting Historic Title Search, which is in progress and will define impacts or electric and water easements. Much of the property is undeveloped so wear your closed toe shoes to be safe. Contractors, this may be right up your alley... or country road! COUNTY RECORDS May not accurately describe property &/or dwelling.
