MOTIVATED SELLER....Great opportunity for a buyer looking for value. This 2.4 acre partial has TONS of potential. The beautifully sloped landscaping has gorgeous ocean views (almost unobstructable). The 2.4 acre parcel is planted with many tropical flora and tropical fruit trees. Most of the property is fenced and recent tenants have turned part of the land into a pasture for their horse/complete with tack room. The interior of the main home was recently redone--tastefully, with laminate flooring, new cabinets, and new berber carpeting. With a little elbow grease this quiant little home can transform into a luxurious estate. The studio ohana unit needs work but is very convenient for a mother-in-laws quarters, maid's quarters, or rental. MUST SEE!!!
