Simplicity with options and an ocean view. A craftsman cottage. A master suite created to allow time, relaxation and the ability to expand onto with one's own main house plans. This acre and half are dedicated to the design and construction of a home of any size. The choice is yours, keep the craftsman cottage or add on, when you want. The craftsmanship of this cottage pulls through with the interior using MonkeyPod woods, Fir, Tumbled Travertine and electrically monitored porch screens for extended living space. The private bedroom is hidden from the cozy living area with Monkey Pod braided Barn Doors floating over the classy Acacia flooring (Acacia is naturally mold and mildew resistant). The textured concrete driveway meanders to the two-car garage and allows for storage, hobbies, and cars. From the stylish and finished garage are lighted pavers to guide you at night to this perfect craftsman cottage. You may find it's all you will ever need.
