Come home and bask in the privacy and quiet of this home with a flexible floor-plan for your unique needs or extended family. See the twinkling lights of the cruise ship and the glimmer of the moon rise over the peek-a-boo ocean-view from the lanai. The broad expanse of lawn wraps all around the house, leading to a forest and gulch at the back of the property. Hear the whisper of the gentle breeze and discover the fresh scent of eucalyptus as it dances through the trees. Have more time to enjoy life, appreciating the newly renovated kitchen, bathrooms, deck, flooring, ceiling fans, lighting, paint and solar hot water. Tuck your tools or toys away in the carport’s large storage rooms. Take a refreshing shower after your afternoon in the garden or at the beach in the convenient 1/2 bath off the two-car carport leading to the house. The two story home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs and 1 bedroom, 1 bath downstairs (and the carport 1/2 bath), with a living room on each level . Pick a few oranges, lemons, grapefruit or tangerines to make your morning juice, or stroll through the gardens and choose a snack from the other mature, fruit-bearing trees (coconut, avocado, lime, starfruit, and Surinam cherry). GREAT value, priceless country lifestyle.
