The metal roof is installed over thick insulation which keeps the house at a comfortable temperature. The primary bedroom features a large walk-in closet, en-suite bath with jetted corner tub, rain shower, and dual vanity with glass vessel sinks. The opposite private wing of the house includes two guest bedrooms, one with an en-suite bath with dual koi glass sinks, and the second with access to the full hall bathroom which is open to guests as well. The property is fenced with an automatic gate and is fully landscaped including fruit trees with a comprehensive irrigation system; there is also an elevated gazebo for whale-watching, Owner-owned solar panels on the house roof provide much of the electricity, and the water heater is separately solar powered. The 2-car garage is very large and includes a laundry area, workbench, and lots of shelving. About Molokai Section
4
Molokai Section 4, located between Kaunakakai Harbor and One Alii Park, is a coastal and residential Kaunakakai neighborhood with low-slung plantation-era homes and broad ocean-facing skies. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around Ala Malama Avenue near Kaunakakai Wharf, where harbor activity, small storefronts, and shoreline views set an unhurried rhythm. Paddlers and spectators gather around Molokai Canoe Club, while Kaunakakai Harbor anchors daily boat traffic and sunset walks. Streets read as practical and local, with modest yards, palms, and trade-wind breezeways. The shoreline edge frames morning light over the channel and a steady soundtrack of masts and surf.
