This lovely property has not been offered for sale in 27 years. Over this time, the Seller has truly cultivated, cared for, and loved this home. With its expansive ocean views, numerous fruit trees, sprawling yard/setting, peaceful pond and a practical and well-maintained home.. this could now be your opportunity to love it. The original house went through a significant renovation soon after it was purchased. Including wood floors within a well-designed floor plan. A primary en suite is separated from other bedrooms. Plus, a featured outdoor shower.. a must in Hawaii! Plenty of storage both in and out. Home is being offered furnished. A detached carport with EV charger and private ‘shed’, too. Fruit trees and landscaping are established and grown with organic/permaculture methods. Ag water rates enjoyed due to its income producing fruit trees. Included land is a manageable 1.35 acres. Gated and fenced. Property is fully permitted. This is Unit A of a 2 Unit CPR property. County water meter is shared. What an exciting opportunity to be the next steward of this beautiful home and land!
