Benvenuto to Kula’s Tuscan-style villa secretly tucked into the most desirable clime of Upcountry, Maui. The romantic entry gives way to a meandering, single story terracotta home accented by the spiky silhouette of mature date palms, shaded tree groves and numerous outdoor seating areas built specifically to pair with chilled Pinot Grigio. Inside, arched doorways, roman columns, and cathedral ceilings carry the architectural theme. The palatial space is warmed by hand-honed maple floors, earthy travertine and limestone accents, and more literally, the sunshine through the home’s many oversized windows and glass doors. There’s no need to choose where to enjoy the home’s unobstructed bi-coastal Maui views when they greet you at every turn. A stately open kitchen and great room layout provide ample space for gourmet cooking and conversation with family and friends—buon appetito all around! Echoing the property’s sense of serenity, the master suite and den reside on one wing of the home, providing welcome privacy from the additional bedrooms on the opposite wing. Shall we toast mi amore?
