A remarkable 16.965-acre Upcountry offering, this Kula property blends expansive land, elevated views, and multiple structures with exceptional redevelopment potential. The main home, built in the 1950’s, offers a functional four-bedroom layout ideal for restoration or expansion. A large warehouse building sits upslope, providing valuable utility for equipment, workshop needs, agricultural use, or future conversion opportunities. The carport’s attached utility and storage rooms enhance the property’s service and operational capacity. Set at a desirable elevation along Copp Road, the land features open pasture areas, mature trees, and broad view planes stretching toward the West Maui Mountains and beyond. This estate-sized parcel is well-suited for a private compound, multi-dwelling development, diversified agriculture, equestrian uses, or long-term generational planning. Survey maps, aerial views, and boundary outlines provide a clear understanding of the property’s scale and layout, supporting future design or redevelopment concepts. A rare opportunity to create something truly extraordinary in one of Maui’s most sought-after Upcountry communities.
