This 2 acre property in lower Kula has so much to offer! Big VIEWS! All useable 2 acres. The main house which as been extensively renovated, is 5/bedroom, 2/baths, and has a gorgeous "State of the Art" real cook's kitchen! A cute 1 bedroom, 1bath cottage with it's own driveway entrance...a very new studio/apt, which is quite special and private... the "farmhouse" with a separate roadway entrance is 2 bedroom, 1 bath, and has fabulous VIEWS.... There are also 2 large, operating greenhouses, which are currently farmed/rented. There are 4 electric meters, and this property currently has use of AG water rates, due to the greenhouse farming. The 4 dwellings make this a great "family compound".... there is a lot of possibility with this wonderful property.
