Absolutely incredible Lower Kula Equestrian Estate. The property is at the ideal 2,200 ft elevation for year round springtime climate. The main house has been converted to a two-family home, and could easily become a single family house with the removal of an interior wall. The cottage is currently rented for $2,200 per month and is situated far from the main dwelling. There is a 4-stall barn with living space above. The property is fenced and cross fenced for horse pasture.
