This beautiful Kula property is located at the very end of a privately owned road with its own gated entrance. All 17 acres are completely fenced and irrigated thanks to the huge 2-inch County water meter. It has been organically farmed, producing tropical fruit including mango, lychee, papaya, banana, avocado, bread fruit and a variety of citrus. The eco-minded owner of this estate has been sensitive to the use of chemicals and pesticides. The essence of this property stresses organic farming with a low carbon footprint. In addition, this is an equestrian’s delight…there are 4 individual paddocks, one 6-stall barn, one 2-stall barn and one complete jumping arena. The fully-landscaped pool area is a resort get-away in itself! Come and enjoy the views and tranquility this amazing experience offers….You CAN have it all!
