Magical Gardens……… Surround yourself with 2 acres of total privacy, extraordinary views and possibly the most beautiful garden estate in Kula. These gardens rival Kula’s Enchanted Gardens, Kula Botanical Gardens and The Lavender Farm. However, unlike those, these gardens are just for you and your guests to enjoy. Situated at the end of a long drive on the Makai side of picturesque Middle Road, the quality, single level home features a stucco exterior, tile roof, a huge, new gourmet kitchen, vaulted white washed wood ceilings and a handsome double sided lava rock fireplace. Oversized windows and sliding doors overlook the delightful gardens, ponds, waterfalls and panoramic vistas. There is a shade house and a lath house for orchids and seedlings and a versatile “tractor” shed for all your toys. Aside from a variety of citrus trees, protea and the persimmon orchard, there is a grove of approximately 80 Koa trees. Come see for yourself and please allow time for a leisurely stroll through the delightful gardens. Short Sale subject to lien holder approval. Short Sale and Distressed Property Addenda should be included with all offers.
