In addition to the pullout couch, a custom Murphy Bed was added in the living room to accommodate additional guests. The current owners have enjoyed this unit for personal use, and it has also been a successful Airbnb (Revenue Report available upon request). The monthly maintenance fee of $1,102 includes everything except electricity (e.g. water, sewer, trash, digital cable, internet and maintenance of common areas + a portion of that total (~$237) goes toward the Reserves/Capital Improvements as well as the Kapalua Resort Association Membership. One of the best parts of experiencing Kapalua Resort is that it offers a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere that makes it feel like your own personal retreat. Living within Kapalua Resort offers direct access to a world-class lifestyle, supported by the Kapalua Resort Association—all property owners get to enjoy its benefits. Residents and their guests experience impeccably maintained grounds, resort-wide security, and the convenience of a dedicated community event shuttle. Just minutes away are some of Maui’s most iconic beaches, including Napili Bay, Kapalua Bay, Oneloa Bay, and Honokahua Bay below The Ritz-Carlton Kapalua—as well as the distinguished Honolua Bay, Mokule?ia Bay, and Lipoa Point, which is especially fun to look out at during a winter swell. In addition to being neighbors with the Montage and The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua Resort is surrounded by lovingly preserved mountain trails and championship golf courses. Optional Kapalua Club membership offers even more, including access to golf, tennis, and pickleball, preferred pricing at resort dining and retail, and invitations to exclusive social events. And for our wine and food lovers? You’ll be spoiled with a variety of incredible restaurants right here in the resort’s tranquil bubble—you may never want to leave. Everything here is designed to elevate your everyday and make resort living feel seamless, effortless, and extraordinary. It’s all part of that Mystical Maui Magic that captures your heart.
