Very good views from this legal, permitted, two bedroom/two bath condo (941' interior) at one of West Maui’s most popular complexes! Gorgeous grounds, large, tiled saline/salt-water pool, within an intimate community of only 56 units in 3 buildings. On-site vacation management office. Lots of repeat guests. Unit is extremely well maintained, offered turn-key, and located in the ‘cool’ side of the property, Building “A”. New bath granite and newly tiled shower this past year in the upper level, as well as new carpet and room darkening drapes in the main level bedroom. Main living/kitchen area is tiled. Don’t miss this one! Property is in excellent condition. All three buildings had new roofs (cooler, reflective shingles) and exterior paint in 2010; there are no pending assessments at this time. Seller will consider Seller financing by way of agreement of sale ,Terms to be negotiated.
