About this home
Studio 219C has been thoughtfully reimagined in 2024 with a designer-led renovation, featuring hand-selected materials and one-of-a-kind finishes throughout. Positioned oceanfront, this studio offers the rare combination of unobstructed views, premier location, and elevated interior design. Originally built in 1974, Noelani captures the essence of “old Hawai‘i,” with its low-density layout, solid construction, and unmatched proximity to the ocean. With only 50 units in the community, opportunities to own here are limited and highly sought after. Unit 219C stands out with its recent high-quality upgrades, split AC, crisp oceanfront views overlooking a winter longboard surf break, and a fully turnkey experience. 219C presents a rare opportunity to own a refined oceanfront retreat in West Maui.

Noelani is a small (50 unit) oceanfront complex, nestled next to the well-known "S Turns" surfing spot and sandy beach in Mahinahina, Maui. The complex is unique, with two pools and a hot tub on site and multiple turtles on the shoreline all year long. Of the 50 units, eight are smaller studios (295 interior square feet) and eight (including this one) are much larger studios, with 420 interior square feet. This listing is a rare offering, as only two of the larger studio units have sold since 2005 (with the last sale being in 2018). This end unit (closest to S Turns and the sandy beach) is on the second floor, providing privacy, and has been tastefully remodeled. The location, privacy, unobstructed views (the ocean is less than 100 feet away) of Lanai, Molokai, whales (in season), turtles and surfers are frequently cited by guests as contributing to a virtually perfect combination of factors that create a memorable Maui experience. Another way of looking at this listing? It is "simply wow"!
