4531 Lower Honoapiilani Rd Unit 6B2, Lahaina, HI 96761-9209
About this home
“Work from Home” is here to stay. Rather than focus on what has been lost because of the corona virus, think about the opportunities and possibilities that working remotely can bring. Change your world view and move to Maui! Replace your makeshift home office with an oceanfront lanai. Or, simply purchase a vacation rentable unit, such as this one, to have the ability to also enjoy rental income. Tropical scents and ocean breezes fill the air. Lunch breaks are made for beach strolling, snorkeling, and sea turtle viewing. Scenic waterfalls, lava tubes, and world renowned beaches are only minutes away. Kahana Village is a quiet oceanfront retreat in a low density townhome-style complex with lush Hawaiiana landscaping. Unit 35 (AKA 6B2) is a prime, corner completely remodeled unit with direct oceanfront access, vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, a washer/dryer and air conditioning throughout. The open floor plan and two-story loft design showcases spectacular northwest-facing views of Molokai, including those Maui sunsets for almost half the year from the lanai. Seasonal migration of humpback whales is a common sighting from the private lanai. This unit has done well in the vacation rental program, if desired. Make Maui your choice in order to enjoy sand, sun, and surf from your new home office or vacation rental property in Paradise. This unit is “simply wow”!

Apartment District
The purpose of the Apartment districts are to provide higher density housing options than the residential and duplex districts. Multiple-family apartment districts are generally established within or near the urban core of a town to provide residents with access to jobs, services, amenities, and transportation options. Uses within the apartment districts are appropriately located near, and are compatible with, uses in the various business, residential, public; quasi-public, and park districts. Apartment districts can provide a transition between residential districts and business districts. Apartment districts must consist of two types: A-1 Apartment district and A-2 Apartment district. Residential buildings and structures within the apartment district must be occupied on a long term residential basis, except as otherwise allowed by code.
