In the heart of a tranquil paradise, a quaint bamboo house stands tall upon a sprawling five-acre canvas of rolling hills. This enchanting haven is more than a dwelling; it's a tale waiting to be told. Beside it, nestled like a beloved character, is the matching Ohana guest house. Both homes share a unique feature—a wraparound lanai on three sides, offering uninterrupted ocean views. And oh, the views! They paint the sky with fantastic sunsets and open a window to the grandeur of Honolulu, Waikiki, Diamond Head, and the entire windward coast of Oahu. Step inside the main house, where the master bedroom is nothing short of magnificent. It's spacious, with an en-suite bath that boasts the luxury of dual doors leading to the lanai. As you explore, you'll notice that the charm doesn't stop at the layout; it extends to the tropical furnishings that are thoughtfully included. But the treasures don't end there. Imagine a golf cart for exploring your vast domain, a lawnmower to keep your landscape pristine, and a collection of gardening tools and supplies to cultivate your personal Eden. And speaking of Eden, your five-acre haven is graced by mature tropical trees. Mango, avocado, fig, olive, banana, and cherry trees create a symphony of flavors that will dance on your taste buds with each season. Now, let's talk about convenience and security. This story wouldn't be complete without a 3-car garage, complete with remote doors. And for that grand entrance, a driveway with secure gate awaits your command, ensuring that your haven remains a sanctuary. This property is more than a house; it's a living, breathing story. A story filled with tropical splendor, breathtaking sunsets, and the serenity that only a five-acre paradise can provide. It's time for you to add your chapter to this enchanting narrative and make it your very own.
Molokai Section 1, located between Maunaloa Highway and Kepuhi Beach, is a rural and coastal Maunaloa neighborhood with wide-open ocean horizons and low-slung resort-era streetscapes. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Maunaloa Highway junction near the road into Kepuhi, where golf-cart traffic, beach gear, and sunset talk set the tempo. Condo clusters and townhome-style buildings sit against kiawe and ironwood, with lanais oriented to trade winds. Kepuhi Beach and nearby coves shape daily rhythms around shoreline walks and winter surf watching. The former Kaluakoi Resort grounds and the adjacent golf course corridors give the area a spacious, planned feel. Nights run quiet, with dark skies and the sound of waves carrying inland.
