Prospective tenants may apply online at www.illinimangement.com. Each adult over the age of 18 (whose income is being considered to qualify for the unit) must complete an application and pay the $35 application fee. To proceed with the rental of this unit, proof of income that is at least two and a half times the monthly rent must be provided. For instance, if the monthly rent is $1,600 your verifiable income should be at least $4,000 per month to qualify. Prospective tenants should have no bankruptcies or evictions within the past 10 years. The amount of your security deposit will be determined by your credit score. If your score is 650 or higher, a single security deposit equivalent to one month's rent will be required. Scores lower than 650 will need to provide a security deposit equal to twice the monthly rent. Additionally, there is a $250 non refundable pet fee for each approved pet, in addition to any monthly pet rent.

About
Clark
Clark, located between Downtown Champaign and the University of Illinois campus, is a historic and residential Champaign neighborhood with tree-lined streets and early-20th-century homes. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Neil Street corridor near Hessel Park, where coffee counters, casual eateries, and everyday errands share the sidewalk with steady foot traffic. Krannert Center for the Performing Arts, The Virginia Theatre, and the Orpheum Children’s Science Museum act as cultural pillars tied closely to the area. Housing reads as a mix of classic bungalows and brick two-flats with deep porches and mature canopy. Green space and campus-bound bike routes shape a walk-and-roll lifestyle. Local galleries, small restaurants, and seasonal events keep the calendar active without feeling loud.
