Comprehensive renovation from an experienced team. I find it strange that there is a single laundry hookup for the whole building. It's located in the basement. All bedrooms are large enough to fit a larger bed. The additional living space in the...
basement includes front and rear access and a full bathroom with lower head clearance. It's included for some reason in the bed and bath count for unit one (which really has 2 beds and 1.5 baths) although it's not connected and I see no easy way to connect them. The facade is fiber cement in the front and vinyl on the sides and rear.

Completely rehabbed though out/new everything. Backyard has a solid fence with a gate that separates the yard from the parking pad.

RT-4
Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District
The primary purpose of the RT districts is to accommodate detached houses, two-flats, townhouses and low-density, multi-unit residential buildings at a density and building scale that is compatible with RS districts. The districts are intended to be applied in areas characterized by a mix of housing types. The districts are also intended to provide a gradual transition between RS districts and higher density RM districts. The RT districts are differentiated primarily on the basis of allowed density (minimum lot area per unit) and floor area ratios.
