With over 10 years of experience in real estate and over 200 homes closed, I’ve earned a reputation as an outgoing, energetic, and tenacious advocate for my clients. My studies at...
DePaul Law, have shaped my approach to real estate, teaching me that the best advocate is one who is well-informed and strategic.
As a lifelong Chicagoan, I have an intimate knowledge of the city’s neighborhoods, having lived, worked, and socialized in them for years. This local expertise allows me to craft the strongest offers for buyers and develop effective marketing strategies for sellers, ensuring the best possible outcomes on both sides of the transaction. My dedication to going the extra mile and my proven ability to close deals make me the ideal partner to help you achieve your real estate goals.
Rogers Park, located between Evanston and Edgewater, is a lakeside and residential Chicago neighborhood with a beach-lined shoreline and a patchwork of courtyard apartments. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Morse Red Line station at Morse Ave and Glenwood Ave, where taquerias, indie cafes, and small galleries line the sidewalks. Brick two-flats and vintage walk-ups sit beside mid-century towers facing Lake Michigan. Loyola Park and the lakefront path set a daily rhythm of sand, grass, and open water. The Glenwood Arts District adds a studio-and-stage energy anchored by the Rogers Park Social and Lifeline Theatre. Jarvis Square rounds out the scene with patio tables and late-night conversation.
Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District
The primary purpose of the RT districts is to accommodate detached houses, two-flats, townhouses and low-density, multi-unit residential buildings at a density and building scale that is compatible with RS districts. The districts are intended to be applied in areas characterized by a mix of housing types. The districts are also intended to provide a gradual transition between RS districts and higher density RM districts. The RT districts are differentiated primarily on the basis of allowed density (minimum lot area per unit) and floor area ratios.
