One word. .. perfection! Seller's pride of ownership is evident throughout this immaculate and very well appointed home. Nestled in a desirable community just around the corner from award winning schools, and the property backs lovely Hampton Park. Not a single detail has been overlooked, from the gorgeous LVP flooring to the elegant light fixtures, and all points in between. The gourmet in you will love the custom kitchen, it's got it all! Tons of granite prep space, beyond ample custom soft-close cabinetry, under cabinet lighting, unique glass back splash, and a top of the line stainless steel appliance suite (including convection oven and convection microwave). Four spacious bedrooms and two and one half baths, including Master en suite with double vanities and closets. The cozy gas log fireplace is perfect for warming up when the weather turns chilly. The partially finished basement has the best of both worlds: a comfortable and generous space to gather (it is even wired for surround sound), and abundant storage. The fully fenced back yard boasts both a deck and paver patio for those summer cookouts. There's also a 12x8 storage shed to house all your toys and tools. Newer windows throughout. Attic has blown insulation, giving this already solid home a Silver Star Energy rating. Newer carpet throughout. Freshly painted interior. This home will check ALL your boxes.

R-1 PUD
Single-Family Residential-Planned Unit Development District
Planned Unit Development: The purpose of a planned unit development (PUD) is to encourage unique and innovative development of land, that supports a high quality of life, and that achieves a high quality of development, environmental sensitivity, energy efficiency and other City goals. planned unit developments are intended to allow the relaxation of otherwise substantive requirements based upon procedural protections providing for detailed review of individual proposals for significant developments. This special regulatory technique is included in this Ordinance in recognition of the fact that traditional use, bulk, space, setback and yard regulations that may be useful in protecting the character of substantially developed and stable areas may impose rigid regulation upon the development or redevelopment of parcels or areas that lend themselves to an individual, planned approach. Through the flexibility of the planned unit development technique the City seeks to achieve the following specific objectives: Reducing or diminishing the monotonous design patterns that can result from the strict application of zoning, development and design standards that are targeted primarily towards individual lot development; Allowing greater flexibility in selecting the means to provide access, open space and design amenities; Allowing greater latitude in providing a well-integrated mix of residential and nonresidential land uses throughout the development and on individual lots, including a mix of housing types, lot sizes and densities; Promoting high-quality design and environmentally sensitive development by allowing development to take advantage of special site characteristics, locations and uses; and In specific instances, encouraging high quality design and environmentally sensitive development by allowing increases in residential density or nonresidential square footage where such increases are justified by superior design or the provision of additional amenities such as public open space.
