Here is the most unique find on the market! Have you ever watched HGTV and thought I could do that? This home was built in 1976 and never finished. Owners lived in the basement and never completed the main floor. Home has been vacant (owner still trying to clean it out) since 2004 except for a few critters squatting. Oh, did I mention there are no windows on the main floor? Truly a unique one-of-a-kind opportunity! The exterior offers cement board siding and metal roof in approx. the last 10 years. Beautiful new 10’x10’ shed in 2019! Out back you’ll find 2 crappy old sheds and the foundation of an old barn. Better yet, tear it all down and have an incredible private wooded setting on 10 acres. Abundance of wildlife and mature timber that could be logged. 200 amp electrical, city water, natural gas & a newer HE Carrier furnace. Be cautious if you walk on the main floor as there may be some soft soft spots from previous roof leaks. Obviously this property is being sold as is.

A2
Agricultural District
The A-2 Agricultural District is established to protect and maintain the agricultural economy and the open space and natural features of rural areas of the County in order to: Protect lands for continued farming; Allow non-farm residential development on a limited basis; and; Minimize conflicts between agricultural and non-agricultural areas.; The A-2 District is also established to protect those agricultural lands which, due to their location, soils, and use for agricultural activities, warrant protection from indiscriminate development. However, their proximity to existing development, combined with pressures for new development, makes these lands unsuitable for preservation according to the more restrictive regulations of the A-1 Agricultural Preservation District. The A-2 District is also intended to protect those agricultural lands that would otherwise be subject to residential subdivision activity which could render these important farmlands useless for farming.
