The furnace was replaced in 2013. Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio. The two car attached garage is freshly painted and opens into the laundry room. Recent roof work and exterior painting make for great curb appeal! A fabulous location just minutes to Downtown Naperville, the Metra and shopping on 75th Street, 95th Street and Route 59.

B2 PUD
Community Shopping Center District - Planned Development
The B2 community shopping center district is intended to accommodate the needs of a much larger consumer population than is served by the neighborhood convenience shopping center district. A wider range of uses and structure sizes is permitted for both daily and occasional shopping. These facilities shall be in the form of a shopping center.; A planned unit development shall be granted as a conditional use and shall be noticed in accordance with Section 6-3-5 (Administration and Enforcement: Procedures) of this Code. Even though so classified, it is of substantially different nature from other conditional uses. To reflect this difference, additional regulations, standards and criteria are hereby established. The planned unit development shall conform to the intent and character of the zoning district in which it is located.
