WOW! Cheaper than rent! This charming 2 story in historical downtown area can be used for commercial or residential. Currently used for an Air BnB but seller had to move out of state so needs to sell. Also used for a hair salon in the past. Would be great retail space too as plenty of parking in back. Kitch recently refreshed & trendy w/new dishwasher added. Refinished original wood flring through most of the building. Living area was gutted to the studs w/new flring, insulation & electrical by previous owner. Newer windows, gutters, soffit & fascia. All newer insulation throughout, new wiring, some new plumbing, newer electrical panel. Newer LED light fixtures. Bsmt provides for on-site laundry (washer & dryer stay!) & storage galore. Parking lot provides plenty of room for guests or rent a few spots out for extra income. Central location close to downtown, medical & west-end. All furnishings can stay so you can just keep on renting it. See attachments for rental info. Pre-inspected.
Commercial property now but could be converted back to two bedroom home. Charming FOUR station salon with break room, office space, on-site laundry (washer & dryer stay!) and storage galore. Neighborhood Commercial and Office District
This district is designed to provide for convenient retail and service establishments which due to the nature and type of uses, have minimal impact on adjacent residential uses, and provide for a buffer between the residential areas and other uses more intensive in scope. Since these establishments are required in convenient locations near residential areas, and are relatively unobjectionable to nearby residences, this district is widely distributed throughout the city. The district regulations are designed to promote convenient shopping and the stability of retail areas by encouraging contiguous retail development and by prohibiting those types of establishments and services which tend to break such a pattern. The maximum square foot of floor area allowed for any one commercial building on a zoning lot adjoining the R-1, R-2 or R-3 zoning districts or equivalent planned unit development designation, or otherwise adjoining those districts but for an alley, shall be 30,000 sq ft.
