This is a really nice and very spacious 3 Br, 2 Bath brick Ranch on an incredible lot with tons of privacy. The lot is very large, fenced in, mature trees, huge patio w/ brick columns and access from Victor St. This home has both a large family and living room with a see through fireplace. The kitchen has lots of cabinets with a great view of the yard. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level and the master bath was updated in 2011. The full basement offers a 2nd fireplace, family room and rec room (no ceiling). There is also an office in the basement. Updates include roof in 2007, underground utilities, commercial grade insulated garage door, other replacement doors w/ new locks, furnace/a/c 2001, water heater 2012. Laundry in basement, but great storage room on main if you wanted to relocate it. There is also an oversized 2 car attached side entry garage, drive is owned by house. Have been told lot could be divided (check with city to confirm). You will love the setting...amazing.

Agricultural District
The Agricultural District of Monroe County encompasses areas where soil, water, vegetal, and topographical resources generally provide conditions well suited to the raising of crops and domestic animals. The district is designed to prevent the intrusion of nonagricultural land use and development which would hinder agricultural pursuits by reason of congestion on public roads, chemical and biological pollution of air and water, environmental conditions, soil erosion, and the depletion of natural cover causing runoff of storm water onto and across agricultural land. The district is designed to protect and preserve the areas of high agricultural productivity and is intended to preserve conditions suitable to agricultural purposes. Anyone applying for a permit for a residence in this Agriculture Zoned District must sign a certificate that they are aware that there might be a sight, smell, or sound of agriculture business in the area.
