Privately set back w/ a long curved driveway & blended with nature, this custom sole owner Tony Grunsfeld 1 story ranch is a rare offering in a premier setting. Beautifully landscaped 1 acre wooded lot w/ mature trees, this 2800 square foot home is a perfect blank canvas. Incredible opportunity to add/expand to the existing footprint of this house or design new on this non-flood plain lot. Gracious entry w/ soaring 13 foot ceilings throughout allows this home to feel bigger than it is. Huge great rm w/ open white chef's kitchen expands seemlessly to the outside grounds w/ picturesque in-ground pool through the fabulous floor to ceiling windows. Wide hallways flooded w/ natural light to 3 generous sized bedrooms & two full baths. Screened in porch can also be switched into another room/office. This is a great option for a downsizer who wants to remain in a premier location with 1 floor easy living. Can be so many different options, move in immediately or create something spectacular.

Single-Family Residential District
The requirements set forth in this chapter, together with other provisions set forth in the Building Code of the Village, have been adopted in order to provide for a single-family residential environment of relatively small estate character, where the degree of improvements upon an individual parcel of land is generally subordinate to the landscape. Due to the mature character of development within this district, such requirements are also intended to assure that future modifications to existing structures, or the replacement of existing structures with new structures, will not alter the scale and general character of established neighborhoods. In this regard, the requirements set forth in this chapter are further intended to foster development which is compatible, in general, with the character of existing single-family development within the immediate neighborhood with respect to external architectural scale, landscaping and other site improvements.
