Living in a community that shares walls, it is understandable that your buyer would like to feel secure in the financial stability of the Home Owner's Association. I feel very good about the management of the association thus far and applauded their ability to be foresighted with the maintenance of the older buildings. Several years ago, the association had hired a inspector to review the buildings, from his recommendations and insight, we have put together a 10 year plan to stagger the maintenance of the buildings. We have also put together a way to pay for these improvements over the next 10 years. We have a very proactive group of owners that would like to see the buildings maintained for the years to come. Attached is a copy of the 10 year plan and the 2016 budget that was approved at the annual meeting (with some minor changes).
