Wonderful two story home over a fully finished walkout basement in a great location convenient to I-69/SR37. This 4 bedroom 2 full and 2 half bath home offers over 2100SF of finished living space. The newly finished family room is just one of the many features that you will love about this property. There is room for the entire family and great entertaining space with the bar area, large rear deck and screened in patio (wired for hot tub) that can be used all year long. Newer stainless steel appliances, newer flooring on the main level and an A/C unit that is less than a year old make this home an even better value. The 4th bedroom would also make an ideal home office. Don't miss out on this one! Call today to schedule your showing.
