Whether you work in Bloomington, Crane or Indianapolis you won’t want to miss this easy access piece of heaven just south of Bloomington. With just over 3,300 square feet finished on 3 levels there is something and a place for everyone. The main level has the great room, dining, kitchen… you’ll appreciate the kitchen being open to the living space but tucked in a corner to allow the cook to do their work but still be in the conversation! Also on the main level is the master suite with its huge walk-in closet, spacious master bath and bedroom with a view of the valley. The upper level is great for kids with their private bath, open loft for fun or study and 2 oversized bedrooms. The lower level is finished as a very large family room but could easily be divided into two spaces with one for a guest room or study. There is a 3rd full bath on the lower level and all opens out onto a new stamped concrete patio which is the full length of the home. One of the owners’ and the Realtor’s favorite features is the huge porch which completely surrounds the main level of the home. The large overhang allows you to enjoy those summer rain showers without having to shut the windows. This is truly a wonderful spot at an affordable price.
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.

AG/RR
Agriculture/Rural Reserve District
The character of the Agriculture/Rural Reserve (AG/RR) District is defined as that which is primarily intended for agriculture uses including, but not limited to, row crop or livestock production, forages, pasture, forestry, single family residential uses associated with agriculture uses and limited, very low density, rural non-farm related single family uses and not in (major) subdivisions. Its purposes are to encourage the continuation of agriculture uses, along with the associated single family residential uses, to discourage the development of residential subdivisions and non-farm-related nonresidential uses, to protect the environmentally sensitive areas, such as floodplain and steep slopes, and to maintain the character of the surrounding neighborhood. Therefore, the number of uses permitted in the AG/RR District is limited. Some uses are conditionally permitted. The conditions placed on these uses are to insure their compatibility with the agriculture-related uses. The development of new non-farm residential activities proximate to known mineral resource deposits or extraction operations may be buffered by increased setback distance.
