Tranquil country living at its finest yet less than 6 miles from WalMart. This Amish built ranch home over a full basement was built just 4 years ago. It boasts an open floor plan with many high end finishes. Cherry hardwood flooring on the main floor and ceramic tiles in all the bathrooms. The master bathroom has heated ceramic tiles to keep your feet nice and warm after you step out of the huge tiled shower. A large fireplace in the living room will also keep you toasty on cold winter nights. No worries if you don't run the fireplace. .. the geothermal HVAC system will keep your utility bills low AND also help with your water heating by preheating your water before entering the tankless water heater! 42" cherry cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances highlight the kitchen. The huge great room in the basement is large enough to entertain any size party. The walkout basement leads to a wrap-around concrete patio so parties can spill outside. The basement also includes a bedroom, full bath, den/bedroom/office and a large storage room. Thirty feet of decking is found off the living room on the main floor. Extra attention was taken to make the home as sound-proof as possible. .. all interior walls are insulated with fiberglass batting and the ceiling drywall in the basement was hung using resilient furrow channels. All exterior walls were insulated with high density spray foam making this home tight and energy efficient! The 3 acre lot is one of only 4 lots found in this mini-subdivision accessible only from a private drive making it secluded from all other local traffic! Come see this fun, secluded, tranquil home before it's too late!

AG/RR
Agriculture/Rural Reserve District
The character of the Agriculture/Rural Reserve (AG/RR) District is defined as that which is primarily intended for agriculture uses including, but not limited to, row crop or livestock production, forages, pasture, forestry, single family residential uses associated with agriculture uses and limited, very low density, rural non-farm related single family uses and not in (major) subdivisions. Its purposes are to encourage the continuation of agriculture uses, along with the associated single family residential uses, to discourage the development of residential subdivisions and non-farm-related nonresidential uses, to protect the environmentally sensitive areas, such as floodplain and steep slopes, and to maintain the character of the surrounding neighborhood. Therefore, the number of uses permitted in the AG/RR District is limited. Some uses are conditionally permitted. The conditions placed on these uses are to insure their compatibility with the agriculture-related uses. The development of new non-farm residential activities proximate to known mineral resource deposits or extraction operations may be buffered by increased setback distance.
