Located in Wilson County, Kansas sits this 40 acres of whitetail heaven. Sitting just 1.5 hours from Wichita, KS and 2 hours From Kansas City, your weekend getaway is at your finger tips. With a cabin fully capable of supporting your needs, this isn't exactly roughing it! The cabin on this acreage may be small at 360 square feet, but it is surely capable. With a living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and A/C; what else do you need? An easement road leading off the main gravel road makes your future getaway easy to access. With multiple gates between the road and the cabin, security and seclusion will be at your finger tips! The deer hunting in Wilson Co is second to none. This property may be only 40 acres, but with all the terrain it will definitely hunt much bigger. When you hear about the the right 40 acres, this is the right 40. With multiple ridges and oak flats, this farm will funnel deer year round. There are a couple different openings already cleared for food plots. All it is waiting on, is a little TLC to make everything come together. The oaks will provide food year around for the deer herd. On top of that, the pond will give all the critters in the neighborhood a place to drink. I can't wait to watch the trail camera light up over the coming weeks. So whether you are looking for a high end hunting farm or just a weekend getaway, you surely will not want to overlook this Wilson County gem.
