A true 2 car garage in THIS location?? Practically unheard of. But when you add in the absurdly cute curb appeal and the level of charm inside? That's what really takes it over the top! From the granite countertops in the kitchen and convenient mudroom off the backdoor to the totally updated main level bathroom and open concept living space, this one checks every single box! But it has so many bonuses too! There's an upstairs 3rd bedroom and a partially finished basement featuring a non-conforming 4th bedroom, darling updated full bathroom, and a spacious laundry area. Plus the backyard is fully fenced in and adorned with the cutest bistro lights just waiting for you to come enjoy this Summer! These sellers have loved this neighborhood so much they literally just moved down the street. So hurry out and see this one before it's gone!

R-1(B)
Single-Family District
The purpose of the R-1(B) single-family district is to provide for new and infill residential development in those older areas of the city where the existing development was substantially completed prior to World War II. It is designed to allow compatibility with the existing residential development and an efficient reuse of vacant parcels, while establishing a minimum standard to protect the health, safety and general welfare of the residents. This district is generally considered too intensive for single-family detached homes in developing sections of the city. This section applies to the R-1(B) single-family district.
