Tucked into your mini forest on 2.3 acres the privacy will make you disappear. Magnum PI couldn’t find you with a helicopter, even though paved road and access to HWY 40 still leads the way home. Calgon, take me away – yup, it feels like that when busy city life melts away. There is a super upper back patio where a hot tub needs to be hidden – located right outside a potential primary suite worthy of the Carrington Family from Dynasty. Cheers with Sam and Woody and others at the breakfast bar that opens the kitchen to living room. Who’s the Boss in your household? -- there’s even a butlers quarters perfect for Alyssa Milano and Tony Danza to have a fully functioning private space. In case the A-Team needs to drop by, the 30x24 metal outbuilding with cement floor and the old uhaul truck trailer storage shed are the perfect staging space. Take a sniff of Juicy Fruit and let it move you to hanging out and shooting hoops on the shaded front patio and driveway! Property is SELLING AS-IS, so heck, let’s go nuts and Newhart this thing into a chic Airbnb right in between Topeka and Lawrence! Display your Bob Ross landscape painting under track lighting in living room like art currently on display. DISCLAIMER: No celebrities have ever entered this home. Property needs TLC. Spare drywall pieces upstairs fit in perfectly like puzzle pieces. Owners not responsible for blatant violations of copyright which only enhance these tired sitcom’s and drama’s profile, neither is listing agent.

RA-1
Rural Agriculture District
This district is established to provide for the conservation, preservation and protection of farmland and to encourage the development and improvement of such land for the production of food and other agricultural products consistent with the policy of the state. It is intended that all agricultural activities will be protected from the encroachment of nonagricultural activities, or other incompatible uses particularly those which are urban in character and are lacking the essential utility and community services. Among others, the purpose of the district is: to protect open space and agricultural uses from the adverse consequences of urban development; to avoid premature development of land where the complete range of urban services at full municipal service levels is not expected to be provided for an indefinite future time for new urban uses; to avoid uneconomic and inefficient provision of public facilities and service that serve one or few scattered urban projects located a substantial distance from the other municipal systems, including such instances when the extension of such facilities is financially supported by other than public entities; to concentrate urban growth into a more compact and desirable pattern throughout the planning area; and to provide for the orderly expansion of urban land usage consistent with the policies, goals, and objectives of the community.
